Pinnacle Group Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”) applies to
your use of the website suppliers.pinnacle1.com (the “Site”), which is owned
and operated by Pinnacle Technical Resources, Inc. d/b/a Pinnacle Group
(“Pinnacle”). This Agreement, along with the Site’s Privacy Policy,[1]
documents the legally binding terms and conditions that apply to your use of
the Site. You will be referred to as “User” in these Terms of Service. By using
or accessing the Site in any way, viewing or browsing the Site, or adding your
own content to the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of
Service.

User Responsibilities

serving as a supplier to Pinnacle and/or its clients. User is responsible for

into the Site (“User Data”) and the means by which User Data was

unauthorized access to the Site or use of User Content and shall notify Pinnacle
promptly of any unauthorized access or use. If User is found to have violated
this section, User shall be responsible for all costs relating to resulting
litigation, including court costs, expenses, attorneys’ fees, and expert
witness fees.
Termination
Pinnacle Group reserves the right to terminate User’s access to
the Site for any reason or no reason and without any advance notice.

Our Site may, either now or in the future, contain links to other
websites and online resources that are not owned or controlled by Pinnacle
Group. Pinnacle Group has no control over, and therefore cannot assume
responsibility for, the content or general practices of any third
party sites and/or services. Therefore, we strongly advise you to read

as a result of following a link that is posted on our site.
Governing Law
This Agreement and any dispute arising out of this Agreement is
governed by the laws of the state of Texas. The venue for any dispute arising
out of this agreement shall be the state and federal courts located in Dallas
County, Texas.
Changes to This Agreement
Pinnacle reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at
any time by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site.
Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes
have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for
such changes on an occasional basis. Should you not agree to any provision of
this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise that

immediately.
