Pinnacle Group Terms of Service
The Site and all of its original content are the sole property of Pinnacle and are fully protected by international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.
User will use the Site only for lawful purposes in connection with serving as a supplier to Pinnacle and/or its clients. User is responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of the data User enters into the Site (“User Data”) and the means by which User Data was acquired. User shall use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to the Site or use of User Content and shall notify Pinnacle promptly of any unauthorized access or use. If User is found to have violated this section, User shall be responsible for all costs relating to resulting litigation, including court costs, expenses, attorneys’ fees, and expert witness fees.
Pinnacle Group reserves the right to terminate User’s access to the Site for any reason or no reason and without any advance notice.

This Agreement and any dispute arising out of this Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Texas. The venue for any dispute arising out of this agreement shall be the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
Changes to This Agreement
Pinnacle reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. Should you not agree to any provision of this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access the suppliers.pinnacle1.com site immediately.
